My Statement on Input Solutions’ Abuse of Employees

I have worked at two assignments at Input Solutions at 9250 Gaither Road, Rockville, Maryland 20877. The first assignment was from 5/11/04 through 5/21/04, the second assignment was from 10/1/07 through 10/31/07.

The forms of abuse of employees at Input Solutions I have encountered are:

1) Lying, abusive supervisors.

2) Disorganized, cramped, abusive workplace. Lying about reasons employees had to continuously move from one disorganized workstation to another disorganized workstation. There wasn't enough room to work at cramped, disorganized workstations. Input Solutions needs cubical walls and more room for document scanners.

3) Unsanitary cafeteria. The microwave oven, dish holder, and countertop were never cleaned and unsanitary. The cafeteria had a capacity of 5 persons, and there were 25 employees. It was extremely inconvenient that there wasn't any other place to eat lunch within the Input Solutions offices.

4) Input Solutions method of document scanning is inefficient and doesn't work right. The document scanning programs Input Solutions uses, (Ascent Capture and VCDemo), were ineffective and made document scanning difficult.
