Report on Jubilee Jobs

Jubilee Jobs Orientation May 17, 2010 9:00am

The first time I tried to attend the Jubilee Jobs Orientation, on May 3, 2010, I encountered 4 crowded, disorganized lines, of about 200 persons, outside an Adams Morgan Church with a sign in front that seemingly, insultingly said, "Servant Leadership School". Because had a backpack and a wheeled duffel with me it seemed that getting into the orientation would be difficult. Therefore, I decided to return in 2 weeks, for the very next orientation, when I would be more prepared to get through the crowded lines to a possibly crowded orientation.

On May 17, 2010, I returned to attend a Jubilee Jobs Orientation. I arrived at about 10 minutes before 9:00am, and the disorganized crowd of persons had already been let into the church. The person at the door to the church asked if I was there to attend the orientation. I said yes. He then licked his finger, and either wrote something down, or looked through some paperwork, and said to go on in.

Inside the orientation room all the chairs were occupied, and walls to the sides of, and behind the chairs, were covered with persons standing up. I got through the crowd of attendants with my backpack and wheeled duffel, (because I am homeless), and stood at the back of the room for the orientation.

The persons at the orientation were handed a printout that was the beginning of profuse lying, deception, and dishonest manipulation of persons by Jubilee Jobs. The title of the printout was "Welcome to Jubilee Jobs!!".

The first paragraph said "We know that most of you have had a hard road that has led you to us, but you have overcome a lot of obstacles to get here and we are so glad that you did! Our mission is to provide you with work, because we believe that work can help provide sustenance (what you need to live), dignity and hope! We believe that God has made each one of you, and that no matter how you may feel this morning, you are precious to God and therefore precious to us. We consider it an honor to know and work with each one of our clients, and we hope, if it is right for you, that you will become a part of our Jubilee Jobs family."

This explanation of Jubilee Jobs didn't mention -
1) that work for the homeless would solve all the problems of homelessness,
2) that work for the homeless didn't exist, and that there were persons that had been homeless and unemployed for years,
3) that Capitalism is imaginary parents psychology that deprives the persons paying the monthly business loan payments of companies, (and therefore own the company), the right to vote in order to control the property they have paid for, (the company).
4) That evil, false economics Capitalism attempts to accomplish total enslavement of the population with temporary agency racketeering, and death camp homelessness racketeering.
5) Jubilee Jobs not only doesn't think that persons are precious to them, they are probably operated by satanists pretending to worship God, with the intention of enforcing work for the homeless not existing, and giving modern victims of false economics capitalism a slavery mindset with there organization of deception, Jubilee Jobs.

Right after the opening paragraph, the next section was titled, "Jubilee Jobs at a glance:". They then claim that in 2009 they "helped 751 men and women get into marketplace jobs:" They didn't mention that the 751 was out of a possible 5200 orientation attendants. The printout then states that 50% of the 751 persons were ex-offenders, 35% were homeless, 47% were receiving public assistance, and the 751 persons were from 29 different countries.

At this point it was easy to figure out that Jubilee Jobs only concentrates on finding work for ex-offenders. Work that is the equivalent of modern slavery, where the ex-offender is further abused by evil, sadistic exploiters (that are possibly managed by secret satanist cultists), and then returned to either prison, homelessness, or worse, by being targeted and set up for deception.

The Jubilee Jobs printout then says that "there is nothing in your past that can keep you from a productive, hope-filled future." The intent of this, it is later revealed, is to psychologically absolve evil, exploitative, all-lying Capitalism, and Jubilee Jobs, from the results of the targeted by evil false economics persons' efforts at supporting themselves economically.

Notes that I wrote down on the Jubilee Jobs Orientation Seminar.

Guilt imposed on orientation attendants.

1) Counselor #1's sister raped and strangled. - Guilt for the 50% ex-offenders attending, without mentioning 50% blobs, 50% oppressed men homosexual rape prison environments, and 50% blobs homo rape prison companies that don't stay in business, (average business life span - 4 years). The same counselor later said, during an Interview Workshop the following Thursday, that her brother had been in prison for 25 years, and that she had been in Human Resources for 35 years.
2) Religion based - supposed to be about work. Then there is religion-based slavery.
3) Victims of abusive, criminal Capitalism blaming themselves.
4) Counselor #2 said that "In order to gain something, you have to go through something" - probably homosexual rape, poverty racketeering, and getting taken.
5) "You have to know persons in order to get work at Metro, Washington Gas, and UPS." What ever happened to meritocracy? Also, there is a average employment duration of 1 year at Metro, Washington Gas, and UPS.
6) Jubilee Jobs is a "Work Ministry" - not mentioned in publications, and possibly only modern slavery via lying and fraud.
7) Secretly enforcing work for the homeless not existing.
8) "Jubilee Jobs has entry level only work" - possibly to impose cruelty characteristic of slavery to return persons to prison, or homelessness.
9) Jubilee Jobs is proud that a Jubilee Jobs applicant went from working a 1 day workweek to a 6 day workweek - indicating that they enjoy abusiveness characteristic of slavery.
10) Applicants should have a Goal or Dream - that is with all new companies, stores, restaurants, and banks every 4 years, and an average employment duration of 1 year.
11) Jubilee Jobs will get applicants work for $8.25 per hour with no benefits - conveniently abusive.
12) Jubilee Jobs says that 80 to 90% of jobs are obtained by knowing persons. What happened to hiring the best person from resumes submitted, Meritocracy?
13) Jubilee Jobs' Orientation attendants were told, "You need to be able to accept temp employment" - i.e. temp agency slavery racketeering.
14) The orientation attendants were then broken into unorganized, messy groups with the Jubilee Jobs counselors talking at the same time to their groups of attendants, and it therefore wasn't possible to hear what the counselor for your group was saying.

The attendants of Jubilee Jobs Orientation were then handed a form to fill out that had the illegal question, "Have you ever been arrested?". The next day, when I visited a Jubilee Jobs counselor, Counselor #3 I was requested to obtain a Police Record on myself, for 7 dollars, with recent arrests on it. I have not been recently arrested, and have never been convicted of any crime, and a record of arrests without convictions is possibly illegal for general employment. A record of convictions in the last 7 years would be legal. The question, "Have you ever been convicted of a crime?" would be less legal. The question, "Have you ever been arrested in the last 7 years?" would be marginally legal. "Have you ever been arrested?" is obviously blatantly illegal for employment.

First visit to a Jubilee Jobs Counselor

When I arrived at 2712 Ontario Road NW, Washington, DC for my first visit with a Jubilee Jobs Job Counselor after surviving the crowded, intentionally disorganized, suspiciously deceptive Jubilee Jobs Orientation, I encountered at the Jubilee Jobs townhouse office an artificially and illegally crowded waiting area, that looked like a slavery auction prison. There wasn't any room for my wheeled duffel and backpack, even though Jubilee Jobs says that 35% of the persons they have found work for were homeless.

My Job Counselor, Counselor #3, was able to start our counseling session almost 1 hour late. He looked at the paper copy of the resume I had with me, and then requested the resume in Microsoft Word format. I then got that for him using the saved version of my MS Word resume within a web email account. The Job Counselor then gave me a schedule for the next week, that included an Interview Workshop in 2 days, a Conflict Resolution Workshop the next day, Friday, and the next week Wednesday, a "Hope Circle" meeting.

He said that after the Conflict Resolution Workshop there might be work for me, (of course Jubilee Jobs is actually in the business of enforcing work not existing after homelessness, and this was the usual deception).

Also, on the schedule given to me was, for the very next day after the Tuesday visit to the Job Counselor, a schedule entry called "Police Record". I was supposed to go to an address in DC and pay $7.00 for a police record that would have my recent arrest record on it. This is illegal for employment. Only conviction records should be legal. I didn't have any recent arrest in Washington DC, therefore Counselor #3 postponed this scheduled item one week.

He also saved my MS Word resume and list of references to a folder on his computer, and suspiciously commented, "We will get you the work you really like. Obviously, this work", (gesturing to my printed out resume), "wasn't right for you". I didn't inquire what he might have meant by that, however, I already had a good suspicion that Jubilee Jobs was a totally deceptive conning of ex-convicts and homeless persons.

Jubilee Jobs Interview Workshop

On Thursday, May 20, 2010, at 11:00am, I went to the Jubilee Jobs Interview Workshop. Once again, at Jubilee Jobs' offices at 2712 Ontario Road, I encountered totally illegal crowded conditions.

Then names were called for the Interview Workshop. My name was pronounced with my first name, middle name, and last name rearranged in a seemingly random order for some reason, then the persons attending the workshop filed out of the insultingly crowded office, left the front entrance of the townhouse, walked down steps, walked around the back of the townhouse, over a chain around a parking area, through a gate covering the basement door of the townhouse that was made of metal bars, into a low ceiling basement room where the Interview Workshop chairs and marker board were set up.

The first exercise of the Interview Workshop was to tell three facts about yourself, and make one of the facts a lie. It is interesting that you have to make up a lie. What if you had never lied before in your life. Was making up a lie then alright? What if after the Interview Workshop, you then interviewed with one or more interviewers that had never lied in their lives, or represented employers that had never lied during the entire existence of the company. Wouldn't this exercise compromise the Interview Workshop attendants in terms of morality?

The Interview Workshop presenter, Counselor #1, handled this assertion by saying that was personal morals that they weren't concerned with, and that I should wait until the end of the exercise. At the end of the exercise the workshop participants had reviewed how interviewers might tell that someone was lying. However, the question of comprimising the morals of the participants was still relevant, even at the end of the entire workshop.

Was the actual objective of this exercise to assume that the participants had lied before, and should be subservient to possible employers? The same as an evil justification of slavery? Interestingly, this process had started four days before with the sign outside the Jubilee Jobs Orientation church that said, "Servant Leadership School".

The Interview Workshop presenter, Counselor #1, had said during the Orientation that her sister had been raped and strangled, and that is why she could sympathize with Jubilee Jobs applicants. At the Interview Workshop, she also mentioned that her brother just got out of prison after 25 years, and that she had been in Human Resources for 35 years.

Also, from attending the Jubilee Jobs Interview Workshop, I received the impression that even though some of the workshop attendants had survived decades in prison, Jubilee Jobs still wanted to defeat them at there objective of obtaining work in the non-prison world, with evil, sadistic employers with this same goal.

Jubilee Jobs Conflict Resolution Workshop

The beginning of the Conflict Resolution Workshop was the same as the beginning of the Interview Workshop - waiting in Jubilee Jobs insultingly crowded townhouse office. The workshop attendants were called by name, my name was rearranged for a second time. The attendants then filed out of the suspiciously crowded office, out of the front door of the townhouse, down the front steps, around to the back of the townhouse, over the chain used to designate the parking area behind the townhouse, through the gate of metal bars, into the low-ceiling basement of the townhouse.

Applicants had to wear a suit by the day of the Conflict Resolution Workshop, the Friday after the starting orientation on Monday. The Conflict Resolution Workshop presenter, Counselor #4, then started the workshop by saying that "Love is free", "shade from trees is free", and "light is free". This statement is interestingly found in philosophy in the manifesto of the Society of Equals, lead by Babuef, during the French Revolution, and is possible derived from the Quaker Friends' Society fighting aristocracy in the original 13 colonies that became the United States of America, with a Declaration of Independence and a Constitution that said "All Men Are Created Equal" - as in the Society of Equals, later during the French Revolution. This philosophy eventually became the Communist Manifesto in 1848, written by the League of Equals, Karl Marx and Freidrich Engels.

After saying that love, shade from trees, and light are free, Counselor #4 then says that "behavior never lies", and that "Jubilee Jobs just monitors behavior". Counselor #4 then says that "all you have to do to work is show up on time". He then says he will "liberate persons from programming that has oppressed them". He then states that Heaven is propertyless, and that life on earth, including slavery, doesn't matter. Also, employment and accomplishment doesn't matter, you "just have to be yourself".

Counselor #4 repeatedly asserts that persons should be "Good Loving Persons" and not care about power, prestige, or success. The rest of the Conflict Resolution Workshop, (the workshop that participants were told they would get a job after), was the same slavery programming, that was now the opposite of the Quaker Friends' Society vs. aristocracy, All Men Are Created Equal in the US Constitution, the Society of Equals during the French Revolution against aristocracy, and the voting at work, employee ownership of companies Communist Manifesto of 1848.

Counselor #4 then continues Jubilee Jobs programming of persons with, "you need to have a 'FROG' - Fully Relying On God", right vs. wrong doesn't matter - how "loving" you are matters - presumably only to yourself, and not an employer, except that this is what employers are supposed to be interested in, possibly for the purpose of enforcing an average employment duration of one year within exploitation of employees false economics Capitalism.

Workshop attendants had to say what they agreed with about Counselor #4's philosophy of being a "Good Loving Person" and not being concerned with anyone else at work, including your employer. When it was my turn, I asked Counselor #4 if employees should not be concerned with all new companies, stores, restaurants, and banks every four years in the business world, and an average employment duration of 1 year. Counselor #4 then restates that persons should "only talk about themselves, not about other persons".

He then goes into a story of how if persons "put negative feelings down inside, don't talk about it", then eventually there will be a "straw that breaks the camels back", and those negative feelings "will explode" into violence.

Presumably, if you talk about those negative feelings with fellow Jubilee Jobs applicants, you will be told to only concentrate on yourself, thereby alleviating cruel, sadistic, evil, conspiratorial employers of any guilt.

At the end of the Conflict Resolution Workshop, that attendants were supposed to go to interviews with employers afterwards, Counselor #4 passes the interviewing with employers buck to the Jubilee Jobs office, and tells attendants to go to their job counselors and "tell them you want work!". I find out that I can next meet with my job counselor, Counselor #3, after the "Hope Circle" meeting next Wednesday. Therefore Counselor #3's statement that they might have work for me after Friday's Conflict Resolution Workshop was never possible.
